Operation Supervisor

You WillSupervise and coordinate the work of warehouse personnel, including order pickers, packers, and forklift operators, to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of customer orders Develop and implement operational strategies and SOPs to improve warehouse efficiency, productivity, and safety Monitor inventory levels and stock replenishment, liaising with the inventory management team to maintain optimal stock levels Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies Identify and resolve operational issues, implementing corrective actions to minimise disruptions and maintain high customer service levels Collaborate with the logistics, transportation, and customer service teams to ensure seamless end-to-end supply chain operations Prepare and analyse operational reports, providing recommendations for process improvements Perform any other duties as assigned We Are Looking For Someone WithDiploma or above in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in cold storage, F&B, or dry goods logistics Strong in WMS, inventory control, data analysis, and process optimization Strong Leadership, interpersonal, communication, organizing and customer service skills, with to-do attitude Proficient command of both written and spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin Willing to work on the roster and shift basis Holder of a valid driving license of Class 1 & 2, or with Class 18 will be an advantage What We OfferWork comfortably in a friendly and welcoming environment Receive training and development opportunities Group medical insurance with dependent coverage About UsXH Supply Chain Management (Hong Kong) Limited is a leading provider of end-to-end supply chain solutions.
