【Responsibilities】1. Oversee a team of project managers to plan, execute, and monitor R&D and product development projects.2. Establish and maintain standardized project management methodologies, tools, and reporting structures.3. Ensure project alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and budgets.4. Identify risks and mitigation strategies to secure successful project outcomes.5. Oversee day-to-day operations of the mechanical prototype workshop, ensuring high quality, safety, and efficiency.6. Optimize workshop processes, resources, and technologies to support rapid iteration and innovation.7. Oversee procurement and maintenance of workshop equipment, tools, and materials.8. Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with universities, research centers, and academic institutions.9. Coordinate joint research projects, internships, and thesis opportunities.10. Represent the company in academic forums, conferences, and research consortia.11. Support talent identification and recruitment from partner institutions.【Requirements】1. Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.2. 8+ years of experience in engineering project management, prototype development, or R&D leadership.3. Proven track record of managing multidisciplinary teams and complex technical projects.4. Strong understanding of mechanical design, prototyping, and manufacturing processes.5. Experience collaborating with universities and research institutions is highly desirable.6. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.7. Proficiency with modern project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar).8. Fluent in English and additional languages (e.g., German) are an advantage.
