Job Description

Role OverviewThe Digital Marketing Manager at Xiaomi India will drive all aspects of digital marketing to maximize brand visibility, accelerate new product launches, and deliver business growth across online channels. Will be working across Smartphones, Tablets ,Televisions & AIOT categories.

This role requires strong expertise in performance marketing, strategic campaign planning, cross-channel execution, and analytical optimization to deliver high ROI in a fast-paced FMCD environmentKey ResponsibilitiesStrategy & PlanningDevelop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with Xiaomi’s business and product launch objectivesPlan, budget, and oversee omnichannel digital campaigns, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, e-commerce marketplace ads, DV360, and other programmatic platformsLead media planning and media buying activities, optimizing spending across digital touchpoints.

Campaign ManagementSet up, manage, and optimize paid marketing campaigns on Google, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce channelsExecute programmatic buying through DV360 and other DSPs; leverage audience segmentation and advanced targetingTrack and maximize campaign performance based on KPIs like ROAS, CAC, CPL, LTV, and conversion ratesAnalysis & OptimizationAnalyze trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and inform marketing strategyUse analytics tools (GA4, Meta Business Suite, Appsflyer) to report, interpret, and optimize campaign results. Lead A/B testing and creative experimentation across ad creatives, landing pages, and funnels.

Product Launches & InnovationPartner with product and creative teams to drive successful digital launches of new products and categoriesCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Growth, Brand, Content, Product) to ensure integrated launch campaigns. Identify and test emerging platforms, channels, and acquisition tactics. Leadership & CollaborationManage, mentor, and inspire a high-performing digital marketing team. Collaborate with external agencies, media partners, and technology vendors to execute and scale marketing programs. Present campaign strategies, learnings, and results to internal stakeholders and senior leadership. Preferred AttributesExperience managing multi-crore digital budgetsStrong project management and organizational skills. Creative and data-driven with a passion for innovation.

Campaign Reporting & communication to top management regarding the performance of projectsExperience in omni-channel brand building within a high-growth environmentDesired Skillsets & QualificationsMBA from a recognized institutionMinimum 5-7 years of hands-on digital marketing experience in FMCD, FMCG, or agency backgroundDeep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and running programmatic campaigns via DV360Proven experience with e-commerce platform advertising (e. g.
