Your role at xpate: Safeguard our compliance framework: Supervise xpate's AML/CTPF/sanctions risk policy, making sure our internal controls are always ahead of regulatory demands. Keep us in line with the latest regulations: Monitor the AML/CTPF/sanctions regulatory landscape in Latvia and Europe and adapt our systems to the latest changes. Train and empower our people:
Develop and deliver yearly AML/CTPF/sanctions training, ensuring every employee knows how to stay compliant and spot risks. Guide with transparency: Report regularly to the Board on xpate's risk profile, control systems, and ongoing improvements. Close the gaps: Continuously review and refine AML/CTPF/sanctions policies and procedures so they're effective, practical, and always up to date. Act with vigilance: Review suspicious activity reports, escalate when necessary, and ensure the company responds swiftly and effectively to risks. You're experienced in AML/CTPF/sanctions supervision and confident in managing compliance at scale. You're proactive in spotting risks before they become problems. You can translate complex regulations into clear, actionable steps for for everybody across the organisation. You thrive on responsibility and lead with authority and clarity.
