The VP of Marketing, based in Israel and reporting directly to the CEO, will work closely with a board-level marketing advisor to transform XTEND’s product edge and funding momentum into a scalable global growth engine . The remit spans brand, demand, product marketing, investor relations, and marketing ops of building the team, playbooks, and dashboards that take us to Series C. Key pillars & objectives: Brand marketing — lock positioning; achieve double‑digit MoM growth in positive brand mentions and category searches. Responsible for brand content strategy and workplan.

Demand & pipeline — deliver qualified leads per region (US, EU, APAC) while keeping CAC within guardrails. Product marketing — raise lead‑to‑demo, demo‑to‑pilot, and pilot‑to‑win conversion rates; shorten sales cycle. Responsible for strategizing and creating high-end content to promote products. Investor & ecosystem relations — nurture CEO network and prep Series C data room. Strategy & ops — stand up a scalable org, roadmap, and OKR dashboard; keep spend on budget. Responsibilities: Publish brand‑to‑pipeline plan (PR, analyst, social, ambassador, “game‑over” content).

Launch four growth engines (SEO/GEO + content, paid ABM, partner co‑sell, events) to generate qualified pipeline. Deploy a full sales‑enablement kit and persona nurtures; lift deal velocityOwn the marketing budget; reallocate quarterly to keep CAC payback low and a reasonable LTV: CAC ratioManage and lead a team of 5–10 external contractors in the first year; define roles & responsibilities, workflows, and performance dashboards. The main focus is on creating visual and textual cutting edge marketing contentProduce monthly “war‑room” dashboards by region, product, and partner; present insights weekly. Lead investor‑relations marketing:

quarterly progress demos, investor brief, and bi‑annual VIP demos. Ensure the full martech stack is live and integratedWork with creative agencies and studios to deliver cutting edge marketing contentREQUIREMENTS: 10+ years in marketing; 8+ years at VP/Head level owning both brand and demand. Proven ≥ 3× ARR growth (from 7‑ to 8‑figures) in defense‑tech, robotics, or deep‑tech B2G/B2B.

Managed 6‑ to 7‑figure annual marketing budgetsBuilt from scratch and led a 5+ FTEs across US/EU/APACLed at least one end‑to‑end category‑design initiative and captured market leadershipDouble‑digit MoM brand‑awareness gains with tier‑1 media/analyst coverageExecuted ABM/BDR programs generating Qualified Leads. Improved demo‑to‑win rate and reduced sales cycle length through PMM initiatives. Established relationships with defense agencies, primes, and critical‑infrastructure buyers. Startup tempo: able to ship roadmap, budget, and OKR dashboards within 45 days. Data‑first operator:
