With a strong and reputable position in its sector, Teknozon, which is advancing towards institutionalization, is looking to hire an "Executive Assistant" with the following qualifications.GENERAL QUALIFICATIONSGraduated from relevant departments of universitiesHolding a valid driver’s license and actively drivingProficient in EnglishHighly skilled in using MS Office programsNo domestic or international travel restrictionsConfident in planning, task tracking, and organizational skills; solution-orientedAnalytical thinker, task-focusedStrong verbal and written communication skillsKnowledgeable and skilled in verification and benchmarkingExperienced in record-keeping, report and presentation preparationOrganized, capable of using time effectively and efficientlyFor male candidates, completed military serviceJOB DESCRIPTIONFor the manager to whom they report:Manage the manager's current agendaOrganize all communication as the contact point between the team and the managerHave a good level of English to actively participate in the coordination of international projects when necessaryFollow up on reports, correspondence, and filing systemCoordinate phone calls, correspondence, and deliveriesPrepare and organize pre-meeting preparations, attend meetings, and take notesArrange travel plans, follow up on flight and hotel reservations, and international visa processesWelcome and direct visitors.
