Yacht Exterior Designer/3D Modeller

Are you an exterior designer with a strong grasp of Rhino and an ability to craft stunning exterior models of superyachts at the highest level?One of our busiest studio clients seeks a talented exterior designer to join them, working on a host of exciting projects and being the glue between the sketch and the rendering. A crucial role that seeks a candidate at the mid-senior level, it will include the following duties:- Joining studio directors and clients during early meetings to understand the project brief- Generating accurate and creative 3D CAD models in Rhino that will encompass the visions of all stakeholders and be able to bring to life the clients dreams and ideas- Development of both major and minor details that can be shared across design, engineering and manufacture- Collaboration with the visuals team to ensure models can be crafted into stunning renders for presensation- Maintaining a position of leadership and accuracy across multiple projects at a time In a candidate we seek a skilled designer with experience in the 50m+ segment with 8 or more years spent working in 3D. A strong creative but with excellent technical knowledge you'll be able to input into every project at a high level and output consistently stunning works. An excellent communicator, you'll be able to work with a variety of internal departments but also liaise with clients and owners reps at the right level. The role will see you based in The Netherlands will full time studio attendance required, so an ability to live and work in NL without visa sponsorship is essential. Travel will be expected but not excessive. English language skills are also essential, Dutch is a bonus.
