We are seeking a dynamic and organized Middle Warehouse & Aftersales Manager to join our team. Responsibilities: Launch and oversee all warehouse operations from scratch. Goods accounting: receiving, dispatching, and conducting regular inventory checks. Stock planning:
building analytical and forecasting models (Min/Max stock, demand forecasting, ABC classification). Managing warehouse staff and ensuring operational efficiency. Manage the warranty claims process. Liaise with manufacturers in China and local service partners. Monitor service partner operations according to contractual agreements. Oversee mutual settlements with partners. Requirements: Automotive & warehouse operations knowledge. 2+ years in automotive aftersales management. English (Upper-Intermediate)Excel skills & strong analytical mindset.
