Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. In line with our company's values of "go beyond" and "grow together," you will play a crucial role in managing and developing relationships with our key accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and driving business growth. Responsibilities: ● Partner acquisition and relationship managementYou will identify and engage potential partners, present our product suite, and demonstrate its value in addressing their business needs. ● Revenue optimizationYou will oversee the closing process and ensure that every account reaches its maximum revenue potential.

● CRM and performance trackingYou will maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM, track conversion rates, and ensure smooth data management. ● Operational support for partner companiesYou will work closely with carsharing, leasing, insurance, taxi, delivery, and car rental companies, assisting with their daily operations and problem-solving. ● New project launches and onboardingYou will support the launch of pilot projects and assist new partners with onboarding and integration. Requirements:

● Proven experience in key account management, with a business development or B2B sales background● Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights● Experience working with cross-functional teams and the ability to collaborate effectively to achieve common goals● Knowledge of the industry and market trends, with the ability to stay up-to-date on the latest developments and apply them to account strategies● A results-oriented mindset, with the ability to drive business growth and achieve targetsJoin us in our journey to "go beyond" and "grow together.
