OHS Recruitment are working with one of our key clients in the Construction and Heavy Equipment sector, see below for job details.Job Title: Yard SupervisorCompany Specialization: Tower Cranes and Heavy EquipmentLocation: UAEResponsible for overseeing daily yard operations, ensuring safe handling, storage, and dispatch of tower crane components and equipment. Coordinates logistics, supervises yard staff, and maintains inventory accuracy to support project timelines and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:• Supervise loading, unloading, and storage of crane parts and heavy equipment.• Maintain yard organization, cleanliness, and safety compliance.• Coordinate with logistics and project teams for timely dispatch and returns.• Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies.• Lead and train yard personnel on handling procedures and safety protocols.Requirements:• Minimum 3 years’ experience in yard or logistics supervision, preferably in heavy equipment or construction.• Strong organizational and leadership skills.• Familiarity with crane components and safe handling practices.• UAE experience and forklift/crane operation knowledge preferred.
