From our humble start in Casablanca, we’ve expanded to 7 other cities with even more growth planned in the coming months!The Food Distribution market requires rigorous and personalized monitoring of its key accounts. We are looking for a Key Account Manager to take over a Key Account and Middle Account portfolio.

The two main missions are to ensure a perfect quality of follow-up and satisfaction of the partnership and to increase the assets in management of each of the accounts. Therefore, you’ll need to be comfortable with working autonomously and with a lot of responsibility. What You Will Do:

Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and companyResolving key client issues and complaintsDeveloping a complete understanding of key account needsAnticipating key account changes and improvementsManaging communications between key clients and internal teamsManaging account team assigned to each clientStrategic planning to improve client resultsNegotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performanceEstablishing and overseeing internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the clientWorking with design, sales team, creative, advertising, logistics, managers, marketing, and team members from other departments dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all client needs metCollaborating with the sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-sellingPlanning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company trainingMeeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelinesAnalyzing client data to provide customer relationship managementWhat You’ll Need:

Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficientlyGoal-oriented, organized team playerEncouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and leadSelf-motivated and self-directedExcellent interpersonal relationship skillsIn-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industryAble to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutionsBachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field; Master's degree preferredAbility to work in an agile environmentStrong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contractsStrong Work Ethic:
