About The RoleInitially, you would be expected to solely focus on customer communication scopeThe scope of customer communication is everything related to communication with customers on super app :
In-app chat between customers and drivers, Push notifications service and experience, Customer care, Voip, Email service and XP. .
etcThe objective is to lay good foundations in terms of vision, product initiatives and discovery and delivery processesAfter that, you would be expected, in parallel of overseeing customer communication scope, to pick up various new topics that can come up, run them autonomously until we hire dedicated PMRole & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategies for customer communication scope and other initiatives to improve customer’s experienceLead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conception through launch and beyond, ensuring successful implementation and continuous improvementAnalyze market trends, customer feedback, and performance data to inform product strategy and feature developmentCollaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, Ops, engineering, and design to deliver high-impact productsManage stakeholder relationships effectively, particularly in a remote setup, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectivesFoster a culture of innovation and resourcefulness, continuously seeking new ideas and approaches to enhance our productManage the day-to-day routines, including agile ceremonies, backlog management, project and program management, OKRs, etc.
