Remote Paralegal – Immigration Law (Kyrgyzstan)

We are seeking a Remote Paralegal to join our immigration law team. This fully remote position is based in Kyrgyzstan, with a requirement to work U. S. business hours. The role involves supporting U. S. -based attorneys, preparing immigration forms, conducting legal research, and regularly calling leads and clients to gather information and provide case updates.   Key Responsibilities Call leads and existing clients to collect information, schedule consultations, and provide updates. Draft, review, and organize immigration forms, petitions, and supporting documentation. Conduct legal research related to U. S. immigration laws, policies, and case strategies.

Maintain and organize case files, manage deadlines, and track case progress. Assist attorneys with case preparation, filings, and client communications. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and virtual platforms.   Qualifications Fluent in English, Russian, Kyrgyz, and Turkish (spoken and written). Experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, or in an immigration law office is preferred. Strong phone communication, lead management, and customer service skills. Ability to work U. S. business hours (CST). Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. Familiarity with U. S. immigration forms and procedures is a strong advantage.
