As the eCommerce Manager, you will be responsible for our digital platforms.

Reporting to the Managing Director, APAC, you will develop and execute a digital strategy, maintain and manage our DTC channel including product, content and merchandising.   Having a love of both the art and the science of digital marketing, you are passionate about customer data – because you recognize it to be the foundation of game-changing consumer experiences that create both brand love and sales.  Manage and implement digital strategies that align to YETI business objectives and maximize online sales and brand visibility  Manage all platform day-to-day operations and maintenance including products, content, and merchandising  Identify and resolve issues/bugs that may arise   Work with developer partners in applying retail UX best practice principles to drive conversion on the websites  Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing and paid advertising to drive traffic and conversion  Responsible for all legal aspects of the website including cookie classification and tracking, T&Cs etc.

   Collaborate with Marketing and contribute to a fully integrated digital marketing strategy including EDMS, Social, Paid Search, SEO and Content  Brief and manage the end-to-end delivery of digital graphic assets required for the websites and digital marketing campaigns.

  Brief the digital agency on Paid Search and social marketing campaigns in line with promotional calendar, and work with our digital partners in the optimization of campaigns  Utilise web analysis to identify actionable improvements that can be made on the websites to further drive conversions and manage the changes through end to end  Enhance the online shopping experience by optimizing product listings, customer support, and feedback mechanisms  Work collaboratively with the Operations team to ensure accurate inventory and optimal stock levels across the channel  Regular reporting to key stakeholders on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and website performance  Keep up to date with industry trends and emerging technology to identify opportunities to grow the eCommerce channel and drive online sales performance  Manage and launch new product, campaign and landing pages   Drive revenue growth by leveraging effective merchandising, promotions and other digital strategies  Collaborate cross-functionally with departments to ensure content, copywriting and visuals are impactful  Qualifications and Attributes:

 At least 8+ years’ experience in an eCommerce role within the retail industry or at an agency  At least 2+ years’ leadership experience Sound experience using eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento or similar  Strong understanding of Google Analytics  Experience using Email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Braze, Emarsys or similar  Proven experience in digital marketing including SEO, Paid Search, Social and Affiliate marketing  Experience and understanding of onsite merchandising and how it can be used to drive sales is highly desirable  Highly developed written and verbal communication skills  Benefits & PerksClick here to learn about the benefits and perks we offer at YETI.
