This role will be part of the Hearsay team, now an integral part of Yext. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility of remote telework with the requirement to be on-site at least one day per week on average. Occasional adjustments may be made based on team needs or project demands.

As a Product Manager at Yext, you’ll support the product development lifecycle by breaking down complex problems and collaborating cross-functionally to bring valuable solutions to life. You’ll partner closely with product managers, designers, engineers, customer-facing teams, and more to build products that solve real customer needs and drive impact. This is a high-learning, high-ownership role where you’ll grow your product management skillset by working on critical initiatives from discovery through launch.

What You’ll DoContribute to high-impact, cross-functional initiatives while taking ownership of smaller-scope features and improvements from concept to launchCollaborate with design, engineering, data science, and go-to-market teams to build and iterate on featuresHelp uncover customer needs through interviews, feedback, and data analysisConduct research on customer problems, industry trends, and competitive landscapeWrite product specs, contribute to product briefs, and help define success metricsPartner with PMs to coordinate feature launches including QA, documentation, enablement, and adoptionParticipate in internal and external product storytellingSupport ongoing product operations and customer escalations as neededWhat You HaveFluent in both English and Hungarian (speaking and writing)Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience Ideally 3 years of experience in a product, tech, or consulting environmentDemonstrated ownership mindset and curiosity to learn quicklyStrong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionallyA collaborative spirit with high empathy for teammates and usersAnalytical thinking and an eagerness to solve real-world problemsExposure to agile development, design thinking, or lean product principles is a bonusA proactive learner who thrives in a fast-paced environmentA natural collaborator who can work with diverse teams and personalitiesA detail-oriented problem solver who brings energy and accountability to their workYext is committed to building an inclusive and diverse culture where every person is seen, heard, and valued.
