This role will be part of the Hearsay team, now an integral part of Yext. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility of remote telework with the requirement to be on-site at least one day per week on average. As a Web UX Designer on our team, you’ll help bring that mission to life through well-designed, user-centered experiences across our global marketing websites. You'll work closely with the UX/UI Director to support the execution of design system updates, contribute to scalable page templates and components, and create polished, responsive designs that reflect our global brand. We're looking for a proactive, highly organized designer who thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

You should be confident working independently, comfortable navigating multiple time zones, and energized by structure, systems, and problem-solving. You bring strong visual and interaction design skills, a systems-thinking mindset, and a thoughtful, team-oriented approach to working with engineers, marketers, and other stakeholders.

What You'll DoTranslate business and creative briefs into responsive page designs, wireframes, and polished mockups that follow the Yext Web design systemSupport the UX/UI Director in updating and expanding our web design system—building new components, patterns, and documentation in FigmaCreate accessible, flexible layouts for landing pages, marketing campaigns, product detail pages, and help center contentPartner closely with engineering, marketing, and content to ensure successful implementation of designsWork within an established Figma system and contribute to its growth and maintenanceHelp triage and manage incoming UX/UI requests, collaborating on solutions and delivering high-quality outputs quickly and thoughtfullyConduct light UX audits or usability reviews, identifying opportunities for improvementStay current with modern design trends, accessibility standards, and web best practicesWhat You Have3–6 years of experience designing web experiences—especially in SaaS, B2B marketing, or content-heavy sitesDeep expertise with Figma, including component-based design, auto layout, and system file organizationSolid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and visual hierarchyAbility to work independently and remotely, managing your own priorities and communicating effectively across teamsA collaborative, feedback-friendly mindset and experience working with engineers and marketing stakeholdersBonus PointsExperience contributing to or maintaining a web design systemFamiliarity with multi-language or internationalized websitesUnderstanding of basic HTML/CSS and front-end development workflowsComfort using analytics or behavior tools (GA4, Hotjar) to inform designExperience working in or around content-driven CMS environmentsExposure to AI-assisted design tools or workflows (e.
