You will be responsible for ensuring delivery of business plan commitments, establishing strategic roadmaps responsible for defining the business value of projects and delivering outcomes that benefit the business plan. You play a key role to enable technology fast speed to market.Responsibilities and TasksProgram/Project managementEnsure strategic roadmaps with key metrics for Yield are created, maintained, and tracked to latest BIC targets. Collaborate with project teams to understand the business value of projects and programs in place and how they contribute to BIC plan.Visualize the progress of business plan achievement, and establish the meeting structure of appropriate leadership review and team meeting Provide program and project performance updates periodically with communication across functional groups.Manage and control program changes including scope, plan, business rules, policies, and procedures.Work with site leadership team to identify project risks and propose/execute solutions.Network EngagementRepresent your site on the assigned category in collaboration work with Frontend SPMO network, OCT, and SEALEnsure network BKMs and activities that are of value to your site are implementedWork with the Frontend SPMO network for comparative benchmarking and ensure projects are fast followed, copied and implemented on home site.Work with MCT to ensure PAC projects are executed on schedule, to planned scope, and within budgetRequirementsEducationBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Science or Finance disciplines.Experience2 years working experience in any of the following environments:Frontend Fab EngineeringBusiness Analyst, Management or FinanceProgram and Project ManagementQualificationsStrong business acumenStrong analytical skills and capability to summarize complex information into simple explanationsPossess good teamwork skills and strong multi-tasking capabilitySelf-motivated and able to work effectively with minimal supervisionStrong influencing skills and experience with driving cross-function group issues to resolutionExcellent written and oral communications skillsAble to collaborate freely and communicate openly and clearly with co-workersDemonstrate excellent project/time management and priority setting skillsDemonstrated ability to partner successfully with other groups and build strong peer relationshipsAble to perform and advise project stakeholders on risk and reward analysisExperience and understanding of manufacturing and engineering processes and systems.Experience working with global teams is preferred.About Micron Technology, Inc.We are an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions transforming how the world uses information to enrich life for all.
