Job Description

Monthly gross salary: 497,310 (HUF)*12 months + 1 month KPI bonusWorking place: 2045 Törökbálint, Raktárváros u. 9Administrative BoardManage daily administrative affairs in the office to ensure deficient operation of administrative processes. Coordinate office resources, including procurement and management of equipment and supplies. Organize and arrange company meetings and activities. Manage company documents to ensure their completeness and irretrievability. Supervise the archiving, updating and confidentiality of documents. Optimize the document management process. Manage the office environment and facilities to ensure safety and comfort. Supervise the maintenance and improvement of workplace facilities. Respond to emergency situations related to facilities.

Financial BoardExpense Reimbursement: Review reimbursement applications using the Kingdee system, and verify the authenticity and compliance of the attachments. Invoice Management: Issue sales invoices, deduct eligible input invoices, and maintain an invoice ledger. Annual Tax Audit Assistance: Assist the headquarters in collecting and organizing data for the annual tax audit. Certificate Annual Review: Assist in preparing materials for the annual review of financial certificates, and complete the application and follow-up work. Other Declarations: Assist the headquarters in submitting data such as statistical reports to government agencies as required. Policy Monitoring:

Collect local tax policies and share them with the headquarters. Banking Matters: Assist the headquarters in communicating with local banks, maintaining accounts, and preparing documents for bank signing; be responsible for applying for online banking payment orders. Document Archiving: Organize and archive financial documents such as invoices, various certificates, various reports, and annual audit materials. External Communication: Provide timely feedback on information from the tax department, and assist the headquarters in submitting explanatory materials. Requirements: College or above education, major in accounting/financial management. More than 2-3 years Admin or Finance experience.

Familiar with the local accounting standards and tax rules. Accounting qualification. Software: Microsoft Office, ERP and accounting software. Fluent English Skills.
