Financial Accountant

Yo-Chi is growing and so is our team! We’re looking for an exceptional Full Time Financial Accountant to join us and help power the next phase of Yo-Chi’s growth!This is a broad, hands on role perfect for someone who loves getting into the detail and partnering with people. You’ll work closely with our Finance Director and Operations team to lead core accounting tasks, provide commercial insight, and support venue performance across the network.

What You’ll DoOwn the month-end process across multiple entitiesDeliver accurate, timely financial reporting and insightsSupport venue leaders to unpack their P&Ls and improve performanceTrack key metrics like labour, COGS and marketing spendChampion process improvements across systems, inventory, and cash handlingContribute to budgeting, forecasting and strategic decision makingWhat we’re looking for:

CA or CPA qualified, with 3+ years in financial or management accountingStrong technical skills and confident communicating with non-finance teamsCommercially minded, curious, and eager to make an impactProficient in Excel; experience with Xero, Microsoft BC/Dynamics or Power BI a bonusComfortable in a fast paced, multi-site environment where no two days are the sameWhy Yo-Chi?Join a values led, feel good brand in serious growth modeBe part of a small, collaborative team where your voice mattersReal ownership and impact in a high growth businessNo desk, no limits - flexibility and autonomy guaranteed!
