Drive and maintain venue cleanliness standards, and keep everything running efficiently. Day to day inventory management and stock control. Ensure health & safety standards are met and maintain a safe work environment. Hire, train, develop and motivate a team. Manage KPIs including Labour and COGs. Responsible for venue P&L management. Who we’re looking for: Someone with leadership experience in retail or hospitality (Bonus if you have experience in QSR!)A people person - you thrive on bringing out the best in your team and making customers feel like family.
