By leveraging unique brand value propositions, premium brand visual design, and precise marketing strategies, Yolo seamlessly incorporates its skincare philosophy into consumers' daily lives;As the Brand Visual Lead, you will play a critical role in Yolo Academy's "0β†’1" development process, taking full responsibility for establishing a unified brand visual language, ensuring all design assets fully embody the brand's core values, and completing the end-to-end design workflow from brand positioning to visual asset implementation.

As a member of the founding team, you will lead the brand's design direction and enjoy the growth benefits of the brand's development, including 1) equity incentives; 2) potential opportunity to become a company partner; Specific Job Responsibilities As the Brand Visual Lead at Yolo Academy, you will oversee the following aspects of brand and visual-related work:

Overall Brand Visual System Design Develop Yolo's visual identity system (including brand logo, fonts, color schemes, and brand design guidelines), ensuring alignment between the brand's high-end positioning, vision, and visual expression; Translate the brand narrative into an engaging design language that resonates with the target audience in core markets; Ensure all design assets accurately reflect Yolo's core brand values;Product and Packaging Design Design the overall visual system for primary packaging (outer containers/refill packs) and secondary packaging (samples and other outer packaging): Selection:

Collaborate with the founding team on selecting primary container packaging and secondary packaging, primarily assisting in evaluating hand feel, aesthetic appearance design, and visual design scalability; Appearance Visuals: Based on selected container packaging (outer containers, inner refill containers, outer packaging, etc. ), create appearance visual designs that align with the brand's positioning and core value principles; Scene Materials: Design visual materials for products in various usage and lifestyle scenarios, with appropriate customization based on display locations (e. g. , DTC official website, partner websites, offline points); Production Implementation:

Work with the founding team and suppliers to ensure designs are feasible for production, while maintaining control over the accuracy and integrity of visual designs during implementation;Event and Marketing Promotion Material Design Create visual materials for events, including digital assets (DTC, social media graphics, advertisements, banners, etc. ) and offline assets (pop-up store designs, brochures, etc.

); Design packaging unboxing experiences and visual concepts for new product launches to generate consumer interest and affinity; Participate in designing page layouts for the brand's DTC official website and e-commerce platforms, ensuring content consistency with the brand visual system; Contribute to designing company marketing pitch materials, ensuring visual content accurately reflects the brand's positioning and core narrative;Creative Leadership Serve as the core creative role in the team, collaborating closely with product development, marketing, and external partners to bring Yolo's brand vision to life; Guide the team in achieving and maintaining brand consistency across all channels, embodying the brand philosophy of "unity in variety"; Provide comprehensive creative direction for photography, video production, and other visual content;Design Execution Independently handle all design tasks, from sketches and modeling to final deliverables, ensuring seamless integration between digital and physical design assets; Complete other visual design-related tasks assigned by the brand founding team; Specific Position RequirementsWork Experience At least 3-5 years of brand visual design experience, and fulfillment of one of the following:

Participation in the 0-to-1 internationalization design phase for a well-known brand (mid-sized), particularly in skincare, personal care, or lifestyle sectors; Preferably, the brands handled were mid-to-high-end positioned in the market; Or, service as chief designer or equivalent in an independent brand team, responsible for building brand design systems from scratch; Successful launched brand visual design cases, especially in brand system development and packaging container appearance visual design;Skills and Abilities Technical Abilities Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Familiar with 3D design software (e. g.

, Blender, Cinema 4D, KeyShot, or similar) for realistic rendering of products and packaging, ensuring seamless integration with the product production team; Familiar with UI/UX design tools (e. g. , Figma, Sketch, or similar) to support design work for brand websites and digital platforms; Brand Aesthetic Sensitivity Deep understanding of aesthetic trends in minimalist luxury brands (not limited to the skincare industry); Ability to balance global brand visuals with localized cultural aesthetics; Skincare Industry Knowledge:

Preferably high enthusiasm for the personal care industry (bonus points), with a clear and structured understanding of skincare product categories, packaging design, and consumer behavior; Creative Problem-Solving Ability Capable of designing low-cost, highly innovative solutions that align with high-end brand positioning and offer strong financial feasibility; Familiar with balancing functional requirements against aesthetic priorities (e. g. , replaceable packaging and minimalist design); Project Management Ability Strong organizational skills to independently manage multiple design tasks; Experience collaborating with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure designs are successfully converted into production outcomes (major bonus); Language Ability:
