Logistics Operations Assistant

Today we cover 87 countries in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and reliable Logistics Operations Assistant to join our Operations team at Yotta Volt. This is an entry-level role, perfect for someone eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will support our Logistics Operations Specialist in handling daily shipping and receiving activities, ensuring goods are moved efficiently and safely. This position involves both administrative and physical tasks — you will be working with our systems but also handling packages and equipment, which includes lifting and moving boxes.

Assist with preparing packages for courier pickup and delivery. Help manage incoming shipments, including unpacking, checking, and storing items. Support with basic data entry into our logistics system (Salesforce). Organize packing materials and keep the storage area tidy. Communicate with couriers and internal teams as needed. Physically handle goods, including lifting and moving boxes, sometimes up to 20–25 kg. Perform other general support tasks as required by the Logistics Operations Specialist. What do you need?Good organisational skills and attention to detail. Willingness to learn and follow established procedures.

Basic computer skills (experience with Salesforce is a plus but not required). Ability to work well in a team and take direction. Physical capability to lift and move packages safely.
