The Role: As the HR Manager, you'll play a crucial role in managing the entire employee lifecycle, developing targeted training programs, resolving ER cases, and performing HR administrative duties to drive our people strategy and ensure we continue to attract, retain, and develop exceptional talent. RequirementsManage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.

Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent for our organization. Collaborate with the L&D manager to assess training needs and develop targeted training programs tailored to each function. Serve as a strategic advisor on HR matters supporting both business and people priorities. Handle complex employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards and fostering a positive work environment. Provide comprehensive HR administrative support, including managing HR databases, processing employee requests, maintaining records, and facilitating HR processes to ensure efficient operations within the teams.

Ensure HR practices align with business goals and comply with all regulatory and legal requirements. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization. Essential Skills: Proven experience as an HR Manager (preferably in fintech, financial services, or technology-driven industries). Strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle and HR best practicesStrong experience in handling ER cases and providing HR operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with all levels of the organization. Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, tech-oriented environment.
