Full-Time Diploma Educator

Young Academics Early Learning Centre is a leading and rapidly expanding provider with more than 45 centres across New South Wales. We are currently seeking a passionate Educator to join our vibrant Schofields (Lilyana) Service. As an Educator at Young Academics, you will lead a classroom team to provide high-quality, inclusive education and care. You’ll inspire others through your experience, work closely with assistant educators and ensure every child in your care feels safe, supported and inspired to learn. This position is a full-time role - Monday to Friday between 6: 30 am - 6 pm (rotating roster).

ResponsibilitiesAssist the Room Leader in providing high quality education and care Develop and deliver an inclusive and innovative program. Apply approved learning frameworks (EYLF) that promote each child's identity, connection to community, wellbeing, learning confidence, and communication skills. Maintain a safe environment, proactively managing risks and adhering to health and hygiene protocols. Lead by example in all interactions, fostering a respectful and collaborative team culture. Partner with families to support their children’s development and education goals.

Build & maintain clear and accurate communication within the team, children and families, and nurture professional, supportive and respectful relationshipsAbout YouDemonstrated experience in planning, documentation, and implementing programs for children 0-6 years with regard to current pedagogies and frameworks. Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care from a nationally approved registered training organisation or an ACECQA-approved qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.
