Responsabilities: Manage a US-based team, targeting and developing accounts across the region. Represent and articulate the Beesion solution to prospects & customers at both a technical (CTO/CIO) & business (CEO/CDO/CMO) level. Develop a territory plan to sell Beesion’s full set of products and services either directly or working alongside our SI partners. Build, develop and manage sales team capable of carrying out assigned yearly target. Recommend sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analysis. Weekly forecasting and pipeline management. Develop relationships with regional SI partners to drive net new leads.
Work closely with Marketing to develop the North America marketing plan. Requirements: Minimum 10 years’ experience building and leading a technology sales organization in a senior management capacity. 12+ years’ sales experience in working for or selling to telco operators. Proven successful track record of complex solutioning and managing large bids/projects. Strong leading-edge Telco/CSP knowledge. Freedom to travel across the region when safe to do so (approximately?50-70%). Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively. Highly team oriented, collaborative and flexible. BS or MS in Computer Science or related subject area.
