Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Youth Pastor based in Chicago, IL. The Youth Pastor will be responsible for planning and leading Bible studies, mentoring and discipling youth, organizing and overseeing youth ministry activities, and providing biblical instruction. The Youth Pastor will work closely with church leadership to nurture the spiritual development of young members, fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for youth to grow in their faith. Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in Bible Study, Biblical Studies, and providing biblical instructionDemonstrated skills in Discipleship and mentoring youth in their spiritual journeyExperience in leading and organizing Youth Ministry activitiesPastoral abilities, including communication, guidance, and leadership within a church contextStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with and inspire youthBachelor’s degree in Theology, Religious Studies, Pastoral Ministry, or a related field is preferredAbility to work collaboratively with church leadership and volunteersA
