As a Junior Recruitment Screening Agent at YOX, you’ll be a vital part of our team, contributing daily to the experience we deliver to our users. Your role involves close, consistent communication with users via chat and phone, supporting them at every stage of their journey. You’ll ensure accuracy across multiple tools, keeping information aligned and reliable. Additionally, you’ll play an active role in our team culture, where every voice matters and key decisions are made collectively. What You’ll Do: Communicate with users daily via chat and phone to provide support and guidance.

Ensure data consistency across various tools, contributing to smooth operations. Prepare brief, weekly reports to help drive continuous improvement.
