We’re seeking a Social & Content Marketing Manager who lives and breathes Hong Kong’s trends, speaks to the city’s youth in their language, and believes that banking can be both fun and impactful. You’ll own our social voice, create daily content that connects with young Hongkongers, and lead bold new ways to drive engagement and brand love across all major Hong Kong platforms.

Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Content Creation for Hong Kong Audiences: Plan, create, and publish social content (posts, stories, short videos, infographics, how-tos) in Cantonese and English, focused on financial education, local trends, and the digital lifestyles of Hong Kong. Make every post, story, and video feel like it belongs in the city—authentic, contemporary, and local-first. AI-Powered Content Excellence:

Use AI tools for efficient copywriting, stunning visuals, and dynamic video—scaling up creative with speed and originality. Social Listening & Community Engagement: Monitor Hong Kong’s digital pulse: trending topics, memes, customer feedback, and local forums (e. g. , LIHKG, Discuss). Proactively engage in conversations, answer questions, and turn users into active fans. Influencer & UGC Activation: Launch local influencer collaborations and user-generated content campaigns that resonate with Gen Z and Millennials in Hong Kong. Celebrate community voices—co-creating content that builds trust and buzz. Performance Analytics: Track and analyze content performance (engagement, reach, sentiment) across Hong Kong’s social landscape.

Use insights to iterate, learn, and improve—always chasing what’s next. Internal Collaboration: Partner with Product, Brand, and Customer teams to localize launches, share user stories, and amplify campaigns that matter to Hong Kong. Social Learning Leadership: Lead (or support, if Assistant Manager) weekly learning sessions on local trends, platform updates, and AI content tools—keeping the team ahead in Hong Kong’s fast-moving digital scene. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field. Excellent written and verbal communication in English, Cantonese, good command of Mandarin is a plus.

Banking/ Finance category writing experience would be an advantage. Self-driven, team player, result-oriented and resilient in a fast-paced environment. Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns. Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills. Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity. Experience with marketing automation and AI tools is a plus. Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy is a plus. Applicants with less experience with strong potential may be considered for the Associate Manager position.
