The Role: As a Retail Analyst, you will play a crucial role in turning complex retail data into actionable insights that help shape key business decisions across stores, channels, and product categories. You'll be at the heart of our data-driven retail strategy - identifying trends, unlocking opportunities, and enabling smarter decision-making across the business. Key Responsibilities:

Analyse large and complex datasets to provide insights into retail performance, customer behaviour, and operational efficiencyDevelop dashboards, automated reports, and visualisations using Power BI and Excel to track KPIs and trendsSupport cross-functional teams with data-driven insights on inventory management, sales performance, and store operationsMonitor and analyse transactional data to identify patterns and opportunities for optimisationCollaborate with merchandising, operations, and finance teams to support strategic planning and executionDrive continuous improvement in data quality, reporting efficiency, and business intelligence processesWhat We're Looking For:
