Job Description

Role PurposeZain Iraq is Actively recruiting to hire Indirect Sales Account Executive-Dohuk who is responsible for acquiring and maintaining a thorough understanding of Zain IQ's product base. The jobs at this level are responsible for assisting the Account Senior Executive in performing tasks such as updating defined distributors continuously on matters related to the number of rejected contracts, SIM irregularities, voucher inaccuracies, SIM activated and documentation discrepancies. They understand and abide by applicable policies and procedures with the aim of achievement of plans and objectives.

Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand Indirect Sales strategy and plans and participate in the achievement of objectives and targetsImplement Indirect Sales policies and procedures to ensure the fulfilment of organizational requirements whilst delivering high-quality services Gain and maintain a thorough understanding of the Zain IQ product baseConduct regular visits to defined DROS as per the journey plan to collect market intelligence related to competitive activities in the marketMonitor and report consumers’ feedback at defined DROS on Zain IQ products, log and follow up on any consumer complaintEnsure DROS’s owner engagement with Zain IQ products and full awareness of consumers' detailed benefit plansDraft rejected contract report per distributor and inform each distributor about the number of rejected contractsInform distributors on a daily basis about documentation discrepancies to adjust documents to match the documentation received from the archive sideInform the distributors about SIM irregularities and vouchers inaccuraciesReport urgent and important issues as well as distributors' inquiries and concerns to the Account Senior Executive for advice on the best course of actionIdentify daily activation account per distributor and inform the distributors on a daily basis of their status report on the SIM-activatedEducation, experience and competenciesEducationBachelor’s degree in a business administration-related field or equivalentExperienceUp to 2 years of experience in related fieldCompetenciesBehaviouralServing our customersAchievement Driven Team Work Information seekingProblem Solving and Creativity Relationship Building InitiativeTechnicalOral & written Communication Technology Application Sales Management IDE CompetencyCourage to EngageAddressing BiasAllyshipAbout Application ProcessIf you meet the criteria and you are enthusiastic about the role, we would welcome your application.
