About The RoleThe Digital Analytics Trainee supports data tracking, analysis, and report preparation. They assist in maintaining tools, monitoring digital metrics, and learning analytics processes to help improve digital performance.Main Responsibilities & DutiesData Handling And Support Assist in setting up and maintain digital analytics platforms. Support the collection and entry of digital data, checking for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with data governance standards. Help connect different tools and data sources to support digital reporting.Performance Analysis & InsightsMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and digital metrics across platforms to assess campaign effectiveness and user behavior. Assist in reviewing data trends to highlight insights and opportunities for optimization. Provide recommendations to improve digital experiences and drive conversions.Collaboration & Strategy DevelopmentPartner with marketing, product, and BI teams to understand reporting needs. Help prepare dashboards, visualizations, and performance reports for stakeholders. Tool Utilization & Automation:. Support in the implementation of customer engagement, mobile performance measurement, and workflow automation tools. support the use of digital toolsto enhance data connectivity and reporting efficiency.Stay Current With Industry TrendsKeep up-to-date with advancements in digital analytics, tools, and methodologies.Recommend and implement innovative approaches to improve analytics capabilities.Experience and EducationExperience is a plus Bachelors' in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.
