Key Responsibility: Digital Transformation Strategy: Work with clients to understand their business challenges and develop digital transformation roadmaps. Solution Design & Architecture: Design and propose end-to-end solutions leveraging ERP, ITSM, ECM, and automation tools, integrating them with cloud platforms and AI-driven technologies. Pre-Sales Engagements: Collaborate with sales teams to analyze customer requirements, create compelling proposals, and conduct product demonstrations. Stakeholder Management: Engage with C-level executives, IT leaders, and business users to articulate value propositions and address concerns. Technical Expertise: Provide deep insights into ERP, ITSM, ECM, and automation solutions, showcasing how they optimize business processes. Proposal Development:
Assist in crafting RFP/RFI responses, business cases, and pricing strategies to align with customer goals. Technology Evangelism: Stay updated on the latest digital transformation trends, cloud computing, AI, and data analytics, ensuring solutions remain innovative and competitive. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, delivery, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of proposed solutions. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, or related roles.
Strong knowledge of ERP (SAP, Oracle, IFS, or Microsoft Dynamics), ITSM (ServiceNow, BMC, or equivalent), ECM (OpenText, SharePoint, or equivalent), and automation tools (RPA, workflow automation, etc. ). Hands-on experience with AI, data analytics, and cloud technologies is a plus. Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills in both technical and business contexts. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset. Excellent command of English–Arabic.
