◆ POSITIONZARA HOME – Country Area Commercial Manager◆ ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES1. Sales & Business StrategyAnalyze and supervise the sales budgetBoost sales to maximize profitability across assigned area(s)Monitor weekly and monthly KPIs and propose actions for improvementEnsure all stores meet performance targetsImplement and oversee market sales strategiesLaunch and support sales initiatives within the areaAnalyze product and merchandising strategiesStay updated on current fashion trends and competitor activity2. Store Operations & MerchandisingOversee and ensure smooth execution of all store processes, including online and multi-channel salesGuarantee operational targets are met, including stock control managementEnsure compliance with procurement processes and achievement of business targetsLead all aspects of new store openings within the assigned areaMaintain and enhance store image and window displaysSupervise and optimize visual merchandising strategy across storesRegularly review and act on sales reports3. Team & Talent ManagementMaintain strong communication with the central sales teamTrain and improve performance of both direct reports and in-store teamsLead by example and represent the ZARA HOME brand culturePromote a collaborative and positive working environmentCollaborate with HR to identify and assess internal talentSupervise training, development, and career planning of store managersEnsure optimal use of all human and material resourcesSupport HR teams in the application of HR policiesEnsure store teams comply with health and safety protocols◆ REQUIREMENTSMinimum 5 years of store operation and management experience (excluding entry-level/associate positions)Strong results orientation with high performance standardsEffective and open communicatorCreative, innovative, and willing to step out of comfort zonesDemonstrates strong initiative in developing and implementing new ideasHighly autonomous and proactive with minimal supervisionPassionate about retail, fashion trends, and customer experienceAbility to manage multiple store locations and drive performanceExperience in training, team development, and people leadershipFlexible and adaptable to changing business needs
