The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the market dynamics in SEA, along with the ability to execute strategic initiatives and navigate the challenges of this diverse region. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive market growth in SEAIdentify and cultivate relationships with high-value clients and Introducing Brokers (IB)Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the regionLead, mentor, and empower a diverse team to drive high performance and achieve targetsFoster a strong team culture focused on collaboration, innovation, and resultsBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, clients, and regulatory bodiesRepresent the organization at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibilitySet clear performance metrics and monitor the team's progress towards achieving objectivesAnalyze performance data and make informed decisions to optimize operations and improve resultsEnsure that all operations comply with local regulations and company policiesIdentify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard company interestsRequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in the Forex & CFDs industryIn-depth knowledge of financial markets in Forex, CFDs on commodities, indices, stocks, cryptocurrencies, etcLeadership Skills:

Strong ability to lead, inspire, and manage teams across diverse culturesStrong understanding of trading platforms and industry regulationsMarket Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the SEA market (Thailand, Vietnam & Indonesia) dynamics, trends, and regulatory environmentStrategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, develop comprehensive plans, and execute them effectivelyLanguage Proficiency: Fluent in English; Local language is a plus
