You will become an integral part of our Technical Development & Manufacturing team, which includes 9 individuals responsible for managing clinical trial and commercial supplies. You will report directly to the Head of Supply Chain & Sourcing, contributing to our dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities Coordinate shipments from Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) located in the EU and USHandle customs clearance processes efficientlyMaintain and manage all shipping documentation, ensuring accuracy and complianceServe as the primary contact point for freight forwardersValidate shipping and transport methods, including cold chain logisticsSupport smaller shipments and supply chain tasksPlan and manage elements of the supply chain for smaller projectsCandidate profileBachelor's degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, International Business, Business Administration, or related fieldExperience in international logistics coordination, including cold chain logisticsBackground in working with CMOs or pharmaceutical shipmentsProficient in using ERP systems, particularly Dynamics 365Strong organizational and communication skillsAnalytical skills for optimizing logistics processesKnowledge of compliance regulations like GDPBonding to innovate Our employees are fundamental to our success, and we continue to be able to attract and retain people with vast experience and talent.
