Facilitate the alignment of Sales and Service workflows with the new CRM system (Salesforce). Coordinate with HQ in Europe on the delivery and enhancement of CRM features. Serve as the local promoter, expert, advisor, and trainer for CRM processes and operations. Develop, plan, and deliver CRM process training programs for the Korean team.
Continuously monitor CRM adoption and drive improvement initiatives.
