You will be the expert participating in our projects, gaining access to disruptive startups and global brands.Interested?RequirementsKey Responsibilities Lead the expansion and optimization of our Zendesk instance across multiple departments. Design end-to-end workflows, ticket structures, routing rules, and permission models. Build and refine advanced automations, triggers, macros, SLAs, groups, and dashboards. Develop and maintain reporting and analytics using Zendesk Explore or similar tools. Analyze operational requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient Zendesk configurations. Ensure data consistency, governance, and alignment across the entire platform. Troubleshoot issues, ensure system health, and drive continuous platform improvements. Collaborate with leadership and department heads to identify automation and optimization opportunities. Desired Profile 3+ years of experience as a Zendesk Administrator or a similar system administration role. Proven expertise in workflow design, automation setup, and multi-department Zendesk deployments. Strong understanding of triggers, automations, SLAs, macros, groups, and permission models. Experience building analytics and dashboards (Zendesk Explore preferred). Ability to translate complex business processes into structured, scalable system configurations. Excellent documentation, problem-solving, and communication skills. Advanced English — written and spoken. Nice to Have Experience with API-based integrations involving Zendesk. Background in workflow automation, CX systems, or support operations. Familiarity with reporting tools beyond Zendesk Explore.
