We're looking for another QA-superstar!

About The RoleWe are now looking for a QA Engineer to join our ambitious Tech team and take a leading role in building a strong quality culture at Zendr. You will work closely with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality is built in from the very start – all the way to release. This is a hands-on role where you’ll have significant influence over how we work with testing, automation, and quality processes.

You will collaborate with multiple teams developing new features for our B2B freight platform, ensuring every delivery meets the highest standards in both performance and user experience. Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate early in the development process – from requirement analysis to design reviews. Write and execute test cases and acceptance tests, both manual and automated. Lead and drive automated UI testing as well as integration testing at the API level. Coordinate and run user testing with internal and external stakeholders. Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve the quality of our deliveries.

Contribute to the development of our QA processes, tools, and automation frameworks. Guide the team on testing strategies, methods, and best practices. You enjoy working closely with developers and product owners, have a strong sense of ownership, and know how to communicate the value of quality – both to technical and non-technical audiences.

You’re not just a tester – you’re a problem solver who sees the bigger picture, understands the user perspective, and isn’t afraid to take initiative to improve how things are done. We’re Looking For Someone Who Has 5+ years of experience in QA or a similar role. Solid experience with manual testing and API testing. Experience writing clear test cases and working with requirements and acceptance criteria. Interest in or experience with automated testing. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain testing concepts to diverse audiences.

It’s a Plus If You Have Experience coaching and supporting others in QA work. Worked with testing in CI/CD environments. Experience with user testing and a strong user focus.
