Role SummaryAs a Sustainability Success Advisor, you will be the face of ZeroWaste+ for new and prospective clients. Your primary goal is to drive growth by acquiring new business clients, guiding them through our platform’s value, and helping them succeed on their sustainability journey.

This is a consultative sales role for someone who is passionate about the environment, business innovation, and building lasting relationships. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and prospect potential business clients through research, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach. Understand client needs and present tailored ZeroWaste+ solutions that address their sustainability and compliance challenges. Conduct discovery calls, virtual demos, and presentations to decision-makers. Nurture leads through the sales funnel, overcoming objections and guiding them toward subscription. Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and events to attract qualified leads. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients in the CRM.

Negotiate pricing, close deals, and onboard new clients to the ZeroWaste+ platform. Provide feedback to product and support teams to ensure client success and improve our offerings. Represent ZeroWaste+ at events, webinars, and in the business community. Required Skills & Qualifications2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or customer acquisition (SaaS, sustainability, or tech sector preferred). Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Passion for sustainability, climate action, and positive social impact. Ability to understand client needs and explain technical solutions in simple terms. Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working remotely or independently.

Proficient in CRM tools, email, and video conferencing. Fluency in English required; French, Kinyarwanda, Swahili, or Amharic a plus.
