Breaks 30 minutes paid & 30 minutes unpaidPay range Starting at â¬15. 00 per hour Grade 1Grade 2 â¬16. 00 per hour - after 6 months & successful completion of training Grade 3 â¬16. 70 per hour - after a further 6 months & successful completion of training on the line & Line Lead duties. Adhere to all departmental procedures, health & safety, hygiene, and food safety standards. Plan and prepare for daily production, including staffing, materials, line setup, and specifications. Operate machinery efficiently, including start-ups and changeovers, following SOPs. Monitor and maintain product quality.
Achieve daily production targets. Analyse performance, downtime, and rejects; identify and report root causes. Organise and lead the team daily, ensuring effective communication and task delegation. Train and support new operators; coordinate ongoing training needs. Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time, including labour capture and daily reports. Maintain audit-ready work areas and ensure housekeeping standards are met. Report engineering issues promptly and document them using work requests. Participate in improvement projects and support continuous improvement initiatives. Good mechanical aptitude. Previous machinery experience. Ability to work on own initiative. Ability to work effectively with others. Proactive and organised.
