Position SummaryThe Head of Strategy is a key leadership role responsible for driving strategic excellence across all client-facing and internal commercial functions. This person will serve as the strategic brain behind Zib Digital’s digital solutions — shaping campaign architecture, supporting the sales team, guiding client strategy, and helping franchise partners convert opportunities and retain key accounts. This is not a back-office strategist role — it’s a front-facing, commercially-savvy leadership position that requires strong digital acumen, confidence in boardroom conversations, and a deep understanding of performance marketing principles.
The role is part of the Production leadership team for Australia and New Zealand.

6+ years in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing (SEO, Google Ads, Paid Social)Proven success in a digital strategy, commercial, or solutions-focused leadership roleDemonstrated experience presenting and closing strategic solutions with medium to large clientsExperience leading teams and collaborating across departmentsSkills: Deep knowledge of performance marketing platforms and toolsExceptional communication and presentation skillsCommercially minded, able to link digital performance to business impactConfident in leading client conversations, workshops, and high-stakes pitchesAble to simplify complex ideas and deliver actionable strategiesPersonal Attributes:
