 What’s the Role?As a Project Manager, you’ll lead the successful delivery of complex Defence projects across the capability lifecycle. From supporting acquisition activities to managing stakeholders, schedules and reporting, you’ll ensure programs stay aligned with strategic objectives and deliver on time. You’ll work within multidisciplinary teams supporting key Defence programs, helping drive meaningful national capability outcomes.  Who You AreYou’re a Defence-experienced project management professional who thrives in complex, high-stakes environments.

You bring a structured and confident approach to planning, coordinating and delivering outcomes, and you’re comfortable engaging with Defence stakeholders, managing risk, and keeping programs on track. You understand Defence’s operating environment and can navigate Defence frameworks and governance.  What You’ll Bring        Project Management Expertise: Demonstrated experience leading Defence or government programs, including delivery across acquisition, sustainment or ICT.         Defence Know-How: Experience working within CASG or similar environments, with an understanding of the One Defence Capability System and government program frameworks is essential.         Stakeholder Engagement:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience managing internal teams and external stakeholders.         Delivery Focus: Proven track record of executing complex projects, meeting milestones, and adapting to change.         Qualifications: Degree or certifications in project management (e. g.
