Supporting our seasonal retail recruitment drive and wider HR team, you'll gain hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, and generalist administration. Perfect for recent graduates or university students seeking part-time work, this 6-month contract offers exposure to one of Australia’s leading luxury brands with real potential to grow your career. Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate end-to-end recruitment for our seasonal retail teams. Be the first point of contact for retail candidates – delivering a seamless and professional experience.
Liaise with Payroll to ensure all employee changes are processed accurately and on time. Prepare employment contracts, variation letters, and HR documentation. Assist with HR projects, training initiatives and content creation for leadership presentations. What We’re Looking ForA relevant tertiary qualification (or working towards one). Great communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional organisation and time management. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. A proactive mindset and passion for people and process. Eagerness to learn from and collaborate with experienced team members. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
