Job DescriptionThe Customer Fulfillment Specialist IV is responsible for building a strong relationship with the customer from quotation through delivery of ZincFive products. The role requires a strong understanding of technical vernacular to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams. The right candidate is customer centric, energetic, and highly motivated to keep the customer happy while ensuring that ZincFive has all it needs for successful fulfillment. The person in this role will have the opportunity to grow into a management position. Therefore, the desire to manage people and processes is required.
The position may be filled remotely working from home or in the ZincFive headquarters located in Tualatin, OR. The selected candidate’s success is measured by providing fulfillment activities on a timely and accurate basis ranging from initial quotations, supplier qualification, processing orders and communicating deliveries leading to customer satisfaction and strong renewals.
Customer Fulfillment Specialist IV Job DutiesEnter orders, set up new products, configurations, and pricing in the ZincFive SAP ERP system Build relationships with assigned customers, help them with issues, and provide proactive feedback after analyzing a new orderInteract regularly with external customers as well as cross-functionally with sales, marketing, applications engineering, program management, R&D, and engineeringCreate and provide pricing quotations from the SAP ERP system as requested by the sales organizationSupport the supplier qualification process with ZincFive’s key customersManage order tracking as required by ZincFive customersBecome an expert in ZincFive products and solutions to effectively understand the intended use of the solution the customer has requestedWork with channel partners, establishing a strong and trusting relationship to ensure that third-party orders flow as seamlessly as direct ordersWork closely with sales, product support, billing, and other technical teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience and resolution to any customer issuesHelp identify business opportunities and convey market feedback to all internal ZincFive teamsBe a customer advocate while capturing customer feedback and reporting requests to product management and developmentEfficiently manage time to focus on shifting priorities that will ensure seamless and timely delivery of ordersDevelop and share best practices with team members to continually improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our processesJob RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as order management, customer success, customer support or account managementTechnical background allowing for product-configuration analysis ensuring accurate product configurationPossess strong phone, written and verbal communication skills with excellent presentation skillsConfident, high energy, self-motivated and a true team playerExperience working with senior and executive level customer contactsDemonstrated ability and desire to work and excel in a small, growing and fast-paced company environmentExcellent multitasking and project management skillsStrong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAPWell-organized, exceptional attention to detail, the ability to prioritize tasks and escalate when neededProficiency with MS OfficePreferred SkillsSome people management Experience working with reseller sales channel models Physical Requirements And Working ConditionsWork involves sitting, standing, occasional walking, and lifting up to 15 poundsContinuous sitting while working on a computerRequires the ability to conduct business over the phone for extended periods of timeRequires the ability to travel by air, car, train, or busRemote – Home Office
