In this pivotal role, you'll help keep our world-class products moving, ensuring they reach pet lovers around the globe — on time, in full, and in top condition. This is a full time permanent role generally working Monday to Friday, although as our site runs 24/7, you will need to be flexible to ensure the smooth running of the site. Ensure accurate and timely order loading and container shipments, achieving DIFOT (Delivery in Full, On Time)Manage the Crown contract for Awatoto sites and Infolink asset monitoring Oversee weekly stocktakes and ensure inventory accuracyLead the team with rostering, training, and development while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and environmental regulations. Key requirements:
