Zoffee Ltd is seeking expressions of interest for a 6-month fixed-term graduate placement,This position is only open to a current or recent graduate (past 12 months) Masters or PhD graduate who is a New Zealand citizen, or has completed their study at a New Zealand University (funding criteria). About us: Zoffee is a start-up business developing a healthy, biodiversity enhancing, and delicious coffee-alternative in Aotearoa New Zealand. Zoffee is currently lead by a team of three co-founders.
With successful funding projects completed through AGMARDT, Callaghan Innovation, and High Value Nutrition, Zoffee is now beginning its next series of projects funding through a $500k MPI Sustainable Food & Fibre Futures project, and looking for a new team member to support the research and development of several workstreams. Upon completing the CreativeHQ accelerator and our various other work programmes, Zoffee are now transitioning to the next phase of growth and with the intention to make our first pre-seed capital raise in 2026. We're seeking someone with an educational background in science, preferably the fields of biology, food, or environmental sciences. Some business or start-up experience would also be beneficial.
