Zoho Data & Reporting Analyst

Position OverviewWe are looking for a highly motivated Data Analyst with proven expertise in the Zohoecosystem to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will play a key role indesigning and developing analytics, dashboards, and reports that empower our Sales, QC, andOperations teams with actionable insights.This role will focus on data-driven support by providing visibility into sales performance,CRM activities, and inventory analysis and availability to enable smarter business decisions.Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports in Zoho (CRM, Analytics,Reports, or Creator) to provide actionable insights. Deliver analytics to support sales performance tracking, task management, andpipeline visibility. Partner with the QC team to create analytics that monitor and highlight inventorytrends and availability. Monitor and analyse CRM activity to ensure transparency and efficiency across thesales process. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, QC, and Operations) tounderstand reporting needs and deliver tailored solutions. Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve data accuracy. Present analytical findings in clear, concise, and business-friendly formats.Qualifications & Requirements 3–4 years of professional experience working in the Zoho environment, withhands-on expertise in building dashboards and custom reports. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and workwith large datasets. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with SQL or database tools is anadvantage. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data in a clear andactionable manner. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. Back experience in Power BI
