AMJ Technology Solutions is committed to helping companies rapidly adopt innovation and technology to gain a competitive advantage through digital transformation.Job ProfileTitle: Zoho One Admin & Automation SpecialistCompany: AMJ Technology SolutionsLocation: Onsite, Abu Dhabi, UAEJob Type: Full-TimeRole OverviewThe Zoho One ERP Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the configuration, customization, and performance of Zoho applications, and for leading the design and implementation of automation, integrations, and business workflows. This role requires a strong command of Deluge scripting, REST APIs, Zoho Creator app development, and multi-app orchestration across the Zoho One suite. The administrator will also provide training, documentation, and support to ensure high adoption and seamless use across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Zoho One System AdministrationAdminister and maintain Zoho One applications (CRM, Books, Inventory, Creator, Projects, People, Flow, Analytics, WorkDrive, and others).Configure modules, fields, page layouts, roles, profiles, and access controls.Perform regular system audits, clean-ups, and performance checks to maintain data quality and operational consistency.Manage user provisioning, permissions, and application security settings.Zoho Development & AutomationBuild advanced automation using Deluge scripting within Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and other Zoho apps.Create and optimize Blueprints, workflows, approval processes, assignment rules, and task automations.Develop custom Zoho Creator applications, forms, reports, and UI components with integrated business logic.Implement multi-step automations using Zoho Flow, webhooks, functions, and scheduled scripts.API Integrations & Intelligent AutomationDesign and implement integrations between Zoho applications and external platforms such as accounting systems, HR tools, marketing software, or proprietary systems.Connect Zoho with AI/LLM platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Google Gemini) to automate document generation, summarization, communication workflows, and data processing.Manage REST APIs, authentication methods (OAuth, API keys), and complex data flows across systems.Troubleshoot integration failures, logging issues, and API performance anomalies.Business Process DesignAnalyze organizational workflows and translate them into scalable Zoho automations, Blueprints, and module configurations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to redesign business processes for efficiency and automation opportunities.Propose best-practice architecture for ERP deployment, data structure, and inter-module communication.User Support, Documentation & TrainingServe as the internal subject-matter expert on Zoho One capabilities.Conduct training sessions, onboarding workshops, and one-on-one support for end users.Prepare SOPs, technical documentation, and process guides.Provide regular updates on system enhancements, new features, and best practices.Reporting & AnalyticsBuild dashboards and analytical reports using Zoho Analytics, CRM reports, and Creator data models.Design metrics and KPIs to support operational, financial, and strategic decision-making.Ensure data accuracy across reporting layers and deliver actionable insights.Required Skills & Experience8+ years of hands-on experience administering and developing within the Zoho One ecosystem.Strong proficiency in Deluge scripting, Zoho CRM customization, Zoho Creator app development, and Zoho Flow automations.Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, authentication protocols, and integration design.Proven experience with Blueprint design, workflow engineering, and process optimization.Working knowledge of financial and operational workflows (sales, invoices, inventory, projects, HR, or service operations).Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.Strong English communication and client-facing abilities.Able to manage projects end-to-end with minimal supervision.Preferred QualificationsExperience integrating Zoho with AI platforms (OpenAI, Gemini, etc.).Familiarity with front-end customization (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for Zoho Creator.Experience with Zoho Books, Inventory, Analytics, and Projects in an operational ERP context.Background in ERP implementation or administration within a multi-department environment.Knowledge of third-party tools (QuickBooks, Google Workspace, Xero, HubSpot, etc.).What We OfferOpportunity to work with cutting-edge Zoho + AI integrations.Flexible working environment focused on results and outcomes.Exposure to diverse industries and continuous innovation.Potential for long-term collaboration and career progression.Work Hours and Benefits8:30 am to 5:30 pm GST Monday to Saturday.Visa, medical, and paid leave.Application ProcessInterested candidates should submit their resume or application on LinkedIn, highlighting their relevant experience and skills.
