ZOHO Specialist/ Developer

TopSpot is looking for a skilled Zoho Specialist/ developer to manage, optimize, and grow our CRM infrastructure —specifically Zoho CRM.Key Responsibilities:Manage, customize, and optimize CRM systems, especially Zoho CRM.Develop and maintain ZOHO automations, workflows, pipelines, and integrations with other tools (e.g., email, SMS, website, payment gateways).Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to implement strategies that improve client acquisition, engagement, and retention.Build and segment contact lists, manage tagging systems, and set up marketing automation campaigns.Generate CRM-based reports, dashboards, and insights to support decision-making.Ensure data hygiene and regular CRM audits for clean, actionable customer data.Create SOPs, user guides, and provide training to internal teams on CRM usage.Stay updated with CRM trends, feature releases, and best practices for Zoho.Required Skills and Experience:2–4 years of hands-on experience with Zoho CRM.Proven track record of managing workflows, campaign setups, and automation in ZOHO.Strong understanding of sales funnels, customer journeys, and CRM segmentation logic.Experience with tools like Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Flow, Keap Campaign Builder, etc.Knowledge of API integrations, webhooks, and third-party connector tools (like Zapier or Pabbly) is a big plus.Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.Nice to Have:Experience in email marketing, lead nurturing, and funnel building.Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or Salesforce.Certification in Zoho is a bonus.What We Offer:Competitive salary based on experienceRemote work environmentGrowth and learning opportunities in a tech-forward environmentA collaborative team culture
