Role: Technical WriterExperience: 0 to 3 yearsJob Location: ChennaiTechnical writers plan, create, and maintain product documentation and educational content. The content is mostly in the form of documentation, but also includes UI text, videos, or other educational blogs. Regardless of the medium, technical writers must be able to explain complex topics in a way that's useful to the product users. Roles & Responsibilities: Design, organize, and write technical content for product users with a focus on onboarding, use cases, and relevant technical concepts.

Manage and maintain complex documentation projects and prioritize requests while working with cross-functional teams. Edit, clarify, and enhance documents written by engineers, QA team, and others. Organize existing documentation, identify documentation gaps, and lead new projects. Develop and enforce documentation standards and best practices across the organization. Demonstrate strong technical writing and leadership through content reviews, including proofreading, editing, and providing constructive feedback. What we are looking for: English proficiency.
